BrandMyGwagon.com (the "Site") is operated by Materia Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

What the Site is

The Site describes a sponsorship campaign for a single vehicle and accepts signed sponsorship bids. Campaign figures such as vehicle pricing, taxes, fees, and insurance are planning estimates until independently documented. No payment is collected on the Site.

Bids are governed by the Bid Agreement

Submitting the bid form creates a binding offer under the Bid Agreement displayed beside the form, which you must read in full and accept before signing. If these terms and the Bid Agreement conflict with respect to a bid, the Bid Agreement controls.

Eligibility

Bidding is offered to companies operating in the United States. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the company you represent.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no false or impersonated bids, no interference with its operation, no scraping of bidder information, and no uploading of files you lack rights to or that contain malicious code. We may reject any submission that violates these rules.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, copy, and campaign materials belong to us. By uploading a logo you grant us the license described in the Bid Agreement to display it in the funding book and, if your bid wins, on the vehicle and in campaign content. Mercedes-Benz, G-Class, and G 580 with EQ Technology are trademarks of Mercedes-Benz Group AG; this campaign is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mercedes-Benz. Example logos shown on the 3D model are trademarks of their respective owners, used for scale visualization only, and no sponsorship by those brands exists or is implied.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that campaign projections will be achieved. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent California law allows, our total liability arising out of your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not apply to obligations under an executed sponsorship contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and the prevailing party recovers reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. Changes do not retroactively alter the Bid Agreement version you signed.
